2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty:

  • Lingerie

  • Underwear

  • Intimate apparel

This includes items that have been tried on, worn, washed, or removed from their hygiene seals (where applicable).

 

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence where possible

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

 

4. Refunds Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

5. Change of Mind

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for a change of mind on lingerie or intimate items.

Please ensure you check product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details carefully before placing your order.
